EFAF Club-Team Meeting in Veigy (near Geneva/Thonon les Baines)

Dear All,

with this e-mail I invite you on behalf of EFAF
to the annual

EFAF Club-Team Meeting.

Start: November 5th, 2011, 10.30 h
End: November 5th, 2011, 18.30 h(max.)
(no lunch break, but meeting with drinks and a short snack break)

at CityGreenSportCenter in Veigy (near Geneva/Thonon les Baines)


Each club has to send a representative to the meeting
according to Regulations § 2 B). Absence causes a fine
due to negative experiences in the past with problems
to organize the tournaments.

1. Welcome/Introduction Benoit Sirouet, Ligue Regionale Rhone-Alpes
& Black Panthers Football – France and EFAF, Uwe Talke and
EFAF-Vice-President Michael Eschlböck 10.30 h

2. Report about 2011 tournaments, Uwe Talke (till app. 11:00 h)

3. Officiating Committee Affairs Jose Rebes, Referee (till app. 11:20 h)
Exchange of experiences with the 2010 change of officials nominations

4. Development of Clubteam Tournaments on European Level in Future,
2012 and forward, Michael Eschlböck and Uwe Talke (till app. 12:00 h)

5. Presentation and Check of the 2012 clubs in both competitions, EFL and
EFAF-Cup, proposals and ideas for later scheduling discussions, based
on f.e. regional aspects, Uwe Talke (till app. 12.30 h)

6. Coffee/Cake Break (30 minutes, about 12.30 - 13.00 h)
