After the last game day of EFL group games Chrylser Vienna Vikings, Moscow Patriots, Bergamo Lions and Badalona Drags are qualified for the EFL Eurobowol semifinals.

The four winner of the four EFL groups will play the semifinals:

Chrysler Vienna Vikings vs. Moscow Patriots at Vienna
Bergamo Lions vs. Badalona Drags at Bergamo
